Mer mobility

Mer massage & ashiatsu welcomes the new Mer mobility room.  Mer mobility will be offering Yomassage Wednesday, Thursday, Friday mornings from 8-9:15am.  The class begins with a poem.  Then we will do restorative yoga positions, which you will remain in for 8-10 minutes at a time.  While in these restorative positions, Licensed massage therapist Sheila Neumann will come around the room and offer massage therapy appropriate to each position.  While in the positions, you will focus on breath work, and there will be a guided meditation, which you can choose to participate in, or just zone out and relax, while we follow the meditation.  

There will be different types of classes coming down the road, all focused on staying mobile, and staying calm.  

Please consider a gift  certificate for someone special.  $80  for a $75 minute Yomassage class, and a 15 minute infrared sauna.  (up to 5 people in a class).
