Reiki is a Japanese form of energy work that cleanses and balances the energy system in the body. As a result, the body's natural self-healing mechanisms strengthen, helping to establish optimum health. During a session, I work directly with your energy field to remove blockages, detoxify your system, and restore your vital life force energy. Reiki utilizes a gentle laying on of hands to conduct the necessary energy force between us. The benefits of Reiki range from the release of habitual mental/emotional stress to alleviating chronic pain.

40 minutes: $45.00
60 minutes: $65.00

Sheila Neumann LMT will teach a cite specific area SMR (self myofacial release) class on an area that is causing you chronic problems.  We will use RAD SMR tools to show you how to relieve pain and keep yourself mobile at home inbetween your massages.

Each class you will be half the time with your instructor, and half the time in the infrared sauna.

If the infrared sauna is not your thing, use this time to relax and enjoy the Mer mobility room.

Use your time here to focus on your body and how you can maintain better mobility, relaxation, and the ultimate goal

of getting yourself into the parasympathetic nervous system.

Please always remember to bring your own water bottle for Mer mobility.  Please be respectful of the space and understand that this not a commercial grade sauna, it is a home use sauna.  We are all sharing this, and making sure it is respected as a shared space, vulnerable to overuse.  Continued use of infrared sauna has shown many health benefits, and I am excited to share this tool with you to help you  increase your mobility.
