Sheila Neumann LMT will teach a cite specific area SMR (self myofacial release) class on an area that is causing you chronic problems. We will use RAD SMR tools to show you how to relieve pain and keep yourself mobile at home inbetween your massages.
Each class you will be half the time with your instructor, and half the time in the infrared sauna.
If the infrared sauna is not your thing, use this time to relax and enjoy the Mer mobility room.
Use your time here to focus on your body and how you can maintain better mobility, relaxation, and the ultimate goal
of getting yourself into the parasympathetic nervous system.
Please always remember to bring your own water bottle for Mer mobility. Please be respectful of the space and understand that this not a commercial grade sauna, it is a home use sauna. We are all sharing this, and making sure it is respected as a shared space, vulnerable to overuse.
